Release of a Voting Rights announcement

Deka FundMaster Investmentgesellschaft mbH, Frankfurt, Deutschland has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on MediClin AG, Frankfurt, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0006595101, WKN: 659510, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 25%
limit of the Voting Rights on December 23, 2008  and now amount to 29.3003%
(this corresponds to 13844397 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 29.3003%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 13844397 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company  from Provinzial Rheinland Lebensversicherung AG
Versicherung der Sparkassen.
