For practical reasons the Supervisory Board has decided to change the quarterly
procedures in GN Store Nord. This new process affects the final approval of the
financial reports and thereby the Financial Calendar for 2009.
All dates except for the dates for the general meeting and the interim report
for the first quarter have therefore been moved one day forward. The new dates
are listed below:
Annual Report 2008: February 27, 2009 (expected release 8 a.m. CET)
Annual General Meeting: March 23, 2009 (Radisson SAS Falconer Center, Falkoner
Allé 9, DK-2000 Frederiksberg at 10 a.m. CET)
Q1/2009: May 7, 2009 (expected release 1 p.m. CET)
Q2/2009: August 14, 2009 (expected release 8 a.m. CET)
Q3/2009: November 13, 2009 (expected release 8 a.m. CET)
Information about the analyst and press meetings will be available at
www.gn.com approximately two weeks in advance of a release.
