Open Kernel Labs Appoints Karry Kleeman as Vice President of Worldwide Sales

CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwire - February 3, 2009) - Open Kernel Labs (OK Labs), the leading provider of embedded virtualization software for mobile phones and broadband internet devices, today announced the appointment of Karry Kleeman to the newly-created position of Vice President of Worldwide Sales. In this role, Kleeman will oversee worldwide sales activities and establish and execute a global sales strategy to achieve the company's aggressive growth plans. Drawing upon his experience as a global sales leader, he will help accelerate adoption of the market-leading embedded hypervisor, OKL4 -- already deployed in 250 million devices -- within the mobile device market.

Kleeman joins OK Labs from Mobius Management Systems, Inc. (a public company that was acquired by ASG Software Solutions), where his seventeen-year tenure includes the titles of VP of Worldwide Sales, VP of Sales Americas, and most recently, Senior Vice President EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa).

Kleeman recently relocated to Chicago after living and working in Switzerland and the U.K. for four years.
