Both Van Vleit and Droege were hired to work in the TASER Virtual Systems department, based in Santa Barbara, CA. Van Vleit leads the effort to coordinate and build the company's unique content serving application and Internet delivery service. Droege is responsible for product development and engineering for the TASER Virtual Systems.

Mr. Droege joins TASER International with ten years of strategic and successful hi-tech business development experience. Most recently, Mr. Droege operated as President of Gizmo5, Inc., a venture-backed voice over IP (VoIP) company that builds the popular Gizmo Project VoIP software.
