JSC „Grindeks” informs on negotiations with Byelorussian Pharmaceutical Company RUE “Borisov Medical Preparations Plant”

JSC „Grindeks” informs that it continues negotiations with Byelorussian
Pharmaceutical Company RUE “Borisov Medical Preparations Plant” (РУП
"Борисовский завод медицинских препаратов")  regarding possible investment
project. 

“Grindeks” notes, that statements in the “Business&Baltics” publication
(09-03-2009) ““Grindeks” shopping trip to Byelorussia” on terms of the deal are
considered aproximate. 

Assestment of the Byelorussian Pharmaceutical Company is in process and only
after the completion of that JSC “Grindeks” will confirm its participation in
the investment project.
