(Nasdaq:FOOD), a regional leader in fresh-cut vegetables and fruit products, and a broad line of refrigerated prepared salads, sauces, soups, and side-dishes, today announced that it will defer the release of its financial results and its investor conference call scheduled for Friday, March 13, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. ET.
Vaughan is completing a financing event and will announce its fourth quarter and full year results once the transaction is completed, which is expected to be during the week of March 16, 2009.
