Loomis' Annual Report for 2008 is now available at www.loomis.com in PDF format.
The Annual Report will be distributed by post to all Swedish shareholders
beginning on April 2. A copy of the Annual Report can be ordered online by
sending an e-mail to ir@loomis.com.

An English version of the Annual Report is expected to become available in PDF
format at www.loomis.com during the week of April 6. Copies can be ordered via
ir@loomis.com.
The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on April 21, 2009 at 3pm
at                 Grünewaldsalen, Stockholms Konserthus, Kungsgatan 23,
Stockholm. Documents pertaining to this meeting will be available at
www.loomis.com beginning on April 2. Those wishing to attend the Annual General
Meeting of Shareholders can also register on this website.
