Frisco RoughRiders Score With ShoreTel's IP PBX System

SUNNYVALE, CA--(Marketwire - April 6, 2009) - ShoreTel® (NASDAQ: SHOR), a leading provider of Pure IP Unified Communications (UC) solutions, today announced the Frisco RoughRiders, Double-A Affiliate of the Texas Rangers, has chosen the ShoreTel UC system for deployment throughout their home field, Dr. Pepper Park in North Dallas. The RoughRiders chose the ShoreTel UC system because it increases efficiency while providing an excellent experience to their partners and fans.

Under the terms of the agreement, the RoughRiders will deploy 170 ShorePhone® IP Telephones throughout the executive offices, locker rooms, luxury suites, concession stands and offices within the facility. The ShoreTel UC system offers a low total cost of ownership for the organization in the long term, and greatly improves communications within the corporate offices and general ballpark area by providing features such as advanced call handling, Workgroups, and one-touch Web dialing.
