LBi Nomination Committee proposes George Fink to the Board

The LBi Nomination Committee proposes, for the period until the close
of the next Annual General Meeting, the election of US citizen Mr
George Fink.

Mr Fink, former President and COO of Dutch multinational company Tele
Atlas, has a strong operational and financial background with
expertise in information technology, multi-outlet rental, retail
operations and professional services. For a full description of Mr

The Nomination Committee proposes the re-election of Katarina G.
Bonde, Lucas Mees, Michiel Mol, Fred Mulder and Robert Pickering and
the election of George W. Fink. The Nomination Committee proposes
that Fred Mulder shall be appointed as Chairman of the Board.
