NovaCast subsidiaries Camito and SwePart Verktyg receive order for two large progressive tools from Gnotec Mefa of Gnosjögruppen AB Camito and SwePart Verktyg have received an order for two large progressive tools weighing a total of 35 tonnes from Gnotec Mefa. The order includes construction, casting, as well as production and delivery of trimmed production equipment. The end customer is one of the world's leading truck manufacturers. “It is very satisfying to have secured this deal in tough competition thanks to mutual strength and our intelligent complete solutions”, says Rolf Mastenstrand, CEO at Camito AB. The order includes complete delivery of two progressive tools with a total weight of 35 tonnes. Camito Technology Center will do the casting, machining and completion of the entire tools will be done at SwePart Verktyg. Production and delivery will take place during the summer and autumn of 2009. Gnosjögruppen AB is an international group that has 700 employees in Sweden, Slovakia, Germany and Hong Kong. The turnover is about 1 billion SEK (110 mio EUR). The business consists of two divisions: The division Gnotec, mainly aiming at the European automotive and engineering industry in certain niche markets.
