Coupon Payment on AS “Akciju komercbanka “Baltikums”” Third Issues Notes (For the Ninth Coupon Period)

In compliance with the requirements of Clause 5.1 of the Latvian Central
Depository Rules No.8 On Dividends, Principal and Other Income Payments, we
declare that on 8 May, 2009 AS “Akciju komercbanka “Baltikums”” will make a
coupon payment (interest) on its third issue notes (ISIN code: LV0000800407)
for the ninth coupon period (from February 02, 2009, till May 02, 2009). Total
calculated interest amount is EUR 126 108,06; the size of the coupon payment
(interest) per one note is EUR 1,2610806. 

According to the terms of the issue, the rate for the eighth coupon period on
its notes at 5.101% p.a.
