Peab builds care establishment in Örebro 

Peab has been commissioned to build a care establishment with medical centre,
family- and senior housing and offices in central Örebro. The customer is
Länsgården Fastigheter AB and the contract amounts to SEK 190 million. 

The project is a partnering contract that will begin immediately and work is
expected to be finished by the end of the year 2010/11.
