immediately be able to take advantage of the latest certifications of
Verizon Business' voice over IP (VoIP) and contact center services with

The two companies have completed certifications of Verizon IP Contact
Center (IPCC) suite of services and Verizon IP Trunking with Avaya
Communication Manager 5.1.1/SES 5.1.1 and Avaya Communication Manager
