Grupo TMM Announces Award for Five-Year Product Tanker Contract With Pemex

MEXICO CITY--(Marketwire - May 20, 2009) - Grupo TMM, S.A.B. (NYSE : TMM ) (BMV: TMM A)
("TMM"), a Mexican intermodal transportation and logistics company,
announced today that Pemex awarded TMM with one bare boat and ship
management product tanker contract that the Company had bid for in April.
This five-year contract commences in mid-June.
