LAROX CORPORATION COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT 29 MAY 2009 AT 3.20 pm Larox Introduces Reduced Working Hours in Germany The global financial crisis has weakened demand for industrial filtration solutions and services. Following the weak market situation and low order intake Larox Corporation's subsidiary in Germany, Larox GmbH, introduces a reduced working hours scheme as of June 1, 2009 until December 31, 2009. The reduced working hours scheme has been agreed by the Larox GmbH Management and Works Council. It will concern all employees of Larox GmbH (approximately 60 persons in total). According to the scheme the working time is reduced by 30%. With this temporary arrangement Larox GmbH aims at achieving cost savings in staff expenses amounting up to approximately 0.5 million euros by the end of 2009.
