DALLAS, May 29, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Evolution Fuels, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EBOF) (the "Company") today announced the record date for its stock dividend announced previously on May 18 has been postponed from June 1 to June 10. All shareholders on record as of June 10, 2009 will be issued one additional share of common stock for every common share held.
Pending any unforeseen delays from FINRA, the Company plans to have the aforementioned stock dividend paid and distributed by June 16, 2009. The payment of the dividend will not require an increase in the total number of authorized shares of common stock nor is there a need for an exchange of certificates.
