today announced that the Company will include a preview of its anticipated
increase in earnings per share in 2nd quarter results in the upcoming
Webcast scheduled for Friday, June 26, 2009. The Webcast has been scheduled
to provide a preview of anticipated 2nd quarter results. Additionally, the
Webcast will include a review of the Company's new outsourcing services

Recent Letter to Shareholders
China Crescent recently released a letter to shareholders from the Company
CFO, Philip J. Rauch. The letter discussed the Company's potential to

Outsourcing Services
The new outsourcing services offering is part of the Company's overall
strategy to increase margins and the percentage of its overall revenue
generated from recurring contracts. Recently, China Crescent announced a
$30 million, three-year outsourcing services agreement. The $30 million in
contract revenue is expected to be earned over the three-year contract
period. Because of the size of the agreement in relation to the Company's
over $40 million in 2008 revenue, the Company filed a Form 8-K on the
material agreement.
Outsourcing Strategy Webcast
China Crescent previously released an on-demand Webcast to present the
Company's new outsourcing services strategy and the new services' benefits
to customers, the Company and shareholders.
