China's CRTVU-Online/Open EDU and Timecruiser(R) Partner in Online Training

FAIRFIELD, NJ--(Marketwire - July 14, 2009) - Timecruiser Computing Corporation (TCC), a trusted software as a service (SaaS) partner to the U.S. higher education community since 1999, today announced that China's National Center for Open & Distance Education ("Open EDU"), also known as CRTVU-Online (Educational Technology Limited), has selected CampusCruiser® portal and CourseCruiser™ Learning Management System from Timecruiser's on-demand enterprise e-learning suite to manage its online professional certification and continuing education services in China.
