Agfa HealthCare, a leading provider of diagnostic imaging and healthcare IT solutions, announces today that it has hired Jos Nyns (b. 1959) as its new Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Nyns has over 25 years of financial management experience, of which five years as CFO of the RealDolmen Group.
Jos Nyns started his career in finance at Elf Aquitaine Belgium in 1982. Between 1985 and 1996, he held a number of finance management positions at Estée Lauder, Upjohn and Schindler Europe. He was hired by EDS in 1997 and was appointed Finance Director for the Benelux in 2002. He joined the RealDolmen Group in September 2004 as CFO. Jos has a Master in Applied Economics from the Hasselt University.

Jos Nyns will be a permanent member of the Agfa HealthCare Executive Committee and will report directly to Christian Reinaudo. He will lead a team of 200 specialists in over 40 markets worldwide.
