BrainTrack Announces Scholarships for Business and Computer Science
Biannual Awards Support Student Education While Providing Guidance on Future Career Paths

MARLBOROUGH, MA--(Marketwire - September 8, 2009) - BrainTrack, the widely referenced
higher-education resource, today announced two new biannual scholarship
programs: The BrainTrack Business Schools Scholarship and
The BrainTrack Computer Science Degree
Scholarship. Designed both to support current students and to help
others evaluate business or computer science as a career path, these
BrainTrack scholarships will provide a $1,000 first place and $500 runner
up award for the best essays about an entrant's experiences as a student.
Winners will be selected based on the creativity, focus, overall
thoughtfulness, accuracy, and practical value of their responses to essay
questions. BrainTrack will publish those essays which prove most helpful to
future students.
The BrainTrack Business Schools Scholarship
Students pursuing a business or management degree are eligible for The BrainTrack Business Schools Scholarship,
which helps recipients fund their education as they prepare to enter or
advance their careers in such fields as general management, marketing,
advertising, sales, accounting, finance, management analysis and
consulting. The scholarship is designed to help others considering these
careers by asking applicants to share essays on their experiences as a
business or management degree student. The scholarship is open to students
with at least one semester of credits towards an associate, bachelors,
masters, or higher degree. A winning and runner-up award is given every
semester.
Entry deadlines are November 1 and March 1, with awards payable towards the
student's current or following semester. Determination of winners will be
undertaken by independent judges familiar with business and management as

The BrainTrack Computer Science Degree Scholarship
The BrainTrack Computer Science Degree
Scholarship helps students pay for studies as they ready themselves to
begin or advance careers in such areas as programming, software
engineering, systems analysis, database administration, network
administration, systems administration, network analysis and communications
analysis. Eligible students must have at least one semester of credits
towards graduation and be enrolled in an associate, bachelors, masters, or
doctoral degree program in computer science, information science, or
information technology. The scholarship is set up to provide helpful
guidance to those considering these fields through essays that share the
experiences and insights of entrants.
