Share distribution
Cf. article 6 in announcement about issuer's duty to disclose we hereby send an
outline of the share distribution in BoConcept Holding A/S after the completed
capital increase (cf. announcement 12/2009). The proceeds from the capital
increase will be used to strengthen BoConcept Holding's capital base through
reduction of the interest-bearing debt.
