AtNetPlus, Inc. Acquires VirtuMark, LLC and Expands Web Development Services

STOW, OH--(Marketwire - October 1, 2009) - AtNetPlus, Inc., a leading Information Technology firm today announced the acquisition of local web development services company VirtuMark, LLC. As part of the agreement, VirtuMark Owner, Jeff Phillip joins AtNetPlus as Web Services Manager and will oversee all aspects of web development and web hosting.
