Further to the comments made regarding the Corallia project in the 2Q 2009 Report release, RomReal hereby announces that it has reached agreement with the construction firm Baumeister on how to resolve some previous disagreements which were causing delays on the completion of the project. Following this, the time to complete the construction work, provided no further delays are encountered, is now estimated to be 4 weeks.
