The Council of Baltikums Banka has elected the Board of the bank in its previous composition. Chairman of the Board Aldis Reims, Member of the Board (Deputy Chairman of the Board) Dmitrijs Latiševs, Members of the Board Tatjana Drobina, Aleksandrs Halturins, and Leonarda Višņevska will continue their work at the Board of Baltikums Banka. Authorities of the Board have been extended for one year. Baltikums Banka is a member of the Latvian banking group Baltikums Bankas Grupa and by 100% belongs to Latvian companies - family holdings of the group's shareholders.
