A review of Satair's articles of association has revealed the following errors
which have been corrected:
- Correction of the company's share capital in article 4.1 and reinsertion of
article 5.1, third paragraph, (previously article 5.2) regarding the decision
of the board of director's at the end of 2007 to exercise its authority to
increase the company's share capital as this amendment and the insertion had
fallen out in connection with the review of the company's articles of
association in October 2008.
- Correction of the numbering in the previous article 14 regarding Notices -
this article has been inserted as article 18 - as the previous articles 15 and
16 belong under the main heading of article 13.
Moreover, the previous article 5.1 has been deleted as the authority period has
expired.
No substantive changes have been made.
