RomReal announces that it has appointed one new Director, Mr Erik Sture Larre with immediate effect.
Erik Sture Larre (1962), holds a Master degree in civil engineering, has extensive experience within property and real estate development both in Norway, Eastern Europe and other markets. He is also CEO in several family companies which in addition to property own a large portfolio of listed equities and private equity. He holds several external directorships including the vice Chairmanship of Sparebank 1 Nord-Norge. Mr Erik Sture Larre owns privately and through holding companies 1,482,000 shares in RomReal (3.01%).
