Are You Well Informed? -- Be Guided by This Eye-Opening Book About What Should be Believed

HATFIELD, Pa., Nov. 19, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Everyday, we are subjected to a great deal of information. We read it in the papers, we see it on television, and we hear it on the radio. Should we believe all of these things? How much of this information should we question before believing? And how do we decide what to believe and what not to believe? Joseph S. Casciato and Robert M. Vass' book Should We Believe It helps you understand the importance of accepting the right information that might change the course of your life.

The goal of Should We Believe It is to help you make that decision. The stories, examples, and quotes in this book are designed to give readers a certain outlook that enables one to spot people who create misinformation. Integrated in this book are interesting stories about individuals who garble communication and stretch, divert, thwart and almost eliminate facts.

Should We Believe It is an eye-opening account on the hazards of accepting things without pause. Each chapter can be read as a stand-alone, a technique satisfying to most readers especially those who like to start and browse a book at random. This book is not suggesting you evaluate every statement that you come across, but proposes that there should be reasonable verifiability of its claims. In the end, this is about information and the people who use it -- and abuse it.

Should We Believe It is enrolled in Xlibris' Book Returnability Program, which gives booksellers the convenient option of returning excess stocks through Ingram. For more information, log on to www.Xlibris.com.
