Review of strategic alternatives for TDC A/S
Today, TDC announces that the company has been informed by its majority
shareholder NTC ApS which is ultimately owned by funds controlled or advised by
Apax Partners LLP, The Blackstone Group, Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co, Permira
Advisers KB and Providence Equity LLP that a process with the purpose of
evaluating strategic alternatives for the company has been initiated.
TDC will to the extent necessary and appropriate assist in this strategic
review.
TDC does not expect to publicly disclose additional information regarding the
status of the review of strategic alternatives until the review has been
completed. There can be no assurances that any particular course of action will
be pursued nor of what the timing or the terms of such alternatives will be.
