CHICAGO, Dec. 1, 2009 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Modellers has named Dr. Laura Kippen as Senior Vice President, Client Services in the Chicago office. Laura brings 20 years of custom primary market research experience across a broad range of industries including pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, healthcare, financial services, consumer packaged goods, agriculture, industrials, and chemicals. Her areas of research expertise include both quantitative and qualitative methods in support of new product development, branding, positioning, segmentation, forecasting, customer and employee satisfaction, loyalty, and retention, and concept development.

Laura will help direct quantitative research studies and will be responsible for expanding research capabilities, maintaining research quality and integrity, as well as new business development. Dr. Kippen has worked with industry leaders including; Aventis, Janssen Pharmaceutica, Takeda, TAP, Hoffmann-La Roche Global, Roche Laboratories, Stericycle, Brinker International, Nationwide Financial, Manpower, Royal Caribbean International, AARP, and Caterpillar.
Laura received her Ph.D. degree from The Ohio State University with primary emphasis in experimental economics, statistics, consumer behavior and marketing.
