McCain Inc. and Fortran Traffic Sign Sole Distributor Agreement for Canada

VISTA, CA and TORONTO--(Marketwire - December 2, 2009) - McCain Inc., a leading American manufacturer and supplier of products and solutions for traffic, parking and transit industries, and Fortran Traffic, a premier Canadian supplier of traffic products, today announced a sole distributor agreement between the two companies. With this partnership Fortran Traffic will be the exclusive distributor of McCain's product lines throughout Canada.

McCain Inc. has been a leading manufacturer and provider of traffic products and solutions in the United States for over 25 years. McCain offers a wide range of products including central control software, signals, NEMA and 170 controllers, controller cabinets, and variable message signs (VMS).
