About the Author
Edith Stein Zelig is author of the poetry book, Gallant Poetry; the correspondence book, Indispensable; and a storybook for children, Credulous. Born in Romania in 1931 and now a U.S. citizen, Zelig has a child and two grandchildren. She is a visual artist, a poet, and a Holocaust survivor. She is affiliated with the National Council For The Arts, New York State Council For The Arts, and New York Artist Equity. Zelig also took part in poetry contests, and won The National Library of Poetry and International Poetry Society awards. She has collected and exhibited her artwork in her own art gallery, Stein Zelig Studio.
