Brightpoint Announces Agreement With HTC to Provide Logistics Services Supporting Google's Web Store Channel

("Brightpoint"), has entered into an agreement with HTC Corporation ("HTC") (TWSE:2498) to perform fulfillment services for HTC relating to Google's web store in the U.S., including inbound receiving, inventory management, kitting of product, and picking and shipping of end-user orders from the Google web store, and transportation management.
