DK-9870 Sindal, that he through his ownership of Thoraso ApS, Skiold Holding
A/S, Farm Invest Holding A/S and private now owns 264,276 shares at nominal DKK
10 in FirstFarms A/S, corresponding to DKK 2,642,760 of the share capital in
FirstFarms A/S. Henrik Hougaard has as per today 5.61 percent of the voting
rights in FirstFarms A/S.
