Indutrade subsidiary acquires construction plastics business

Indutrade's subsidiary Carlsson & Möller AB today acquired Metallcenter Sverige
AB's construction plastics business, with annual sales of approximatel

The business involves the sale of semi-finished construction plastics primarily
to customers in the pharmaceutical, energy and engineering industries. 

Through the acquisition, Carlsson & Möller strengthens its position as one of
the leading suppliers of construction plastics in the Nordic market. 

Organisationally the business will be part of Carlsson & Möller AB, which
belongs to the Special Products business area. 

The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive effect on Indutrade's
earnings per share.
