Nectar Channel Reseller Program Turns Two
Global Reseller Program Drives Rapid Growth & Adoption

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - February 1, 2010) - Nectar Services Corp., a leading software firm
specializing in IP communications solutions and managed services, and
wholly owned subsidiary of Juma Technology Corp. (OTCBB : JUMT ), is
celebrating the two year mark of its Channel Reseller Program; citing rapid
growth and increased revenue potential.
Since the program's inception in 2008, Nectar has signed on reseller
partners that represent many of the largest communications solution
providers in the industry; expanding the Nectar footprint across the nation
and the globe.
The Channel Reseller Program has enabled Nectar to increase new customer
acquisition and market adoption through an army of select partners who are
leaders in the IP communications space.
"In just two short years, we have seen enormous growth in our Channel
Reseller Program and the opportunities that come along with having
successful reseller partners," said David Giangano, President of Global
Channels.
"Our strategy is simple," said Giangano. "We're growing our reseller
community with top tier partners that have the ability to drive volume
based on their existing customer base and future growth potential. We have
succeeded in signing on the industry elite, and we continue to add new
leading partners.
"The true testament to our program and our software solutions is that we
now have potential partners and clients knocking at our door. It's a good
place to be," said Giangano.
Nectar's Converged Management Platform (nectar/CMP), an advanced network
monitoring and management solution, is fast becoming the foundation for
Network Operations Centers (NOC) across the world.
"With nectar/CMP supporting our partner's NOCs, we are giving them the
ability to transition from a systems integrator to a true managed services
provider," said Giangano. "From New York to the UK, from California to
Asia-Pac, our partners are driving adoption, winning deals and benefiting
from healthy profit margins," said Giangano.
"The framework for our channel program has always been based on our
superior, propriety software combined with an unwavering commitment to our
partners, and it has been a recipe for success," said Anthony Servidio,
Chief Executive Officer for parent-company Juma Technology.
Nectar Partners Tout Value
TriNET Systems Inc., headquartered in Canton, MA, is a Platinum Avaya
BusinessPartner and was one of the initial Nectar reseller partners when
the program first launched. Ken Archer, Chief Executive Officer for TriNET,
said the company's early adoption was a savvy decision.
"In today's world of converged communications, our clients expect a higher
level of support from their partners. With Nectar, we are able to meet
those client demands while differentiating ourselves from the traditional
reseller community," said Archer.
"The Nectar services have become an integral part of our overall portfolio.
They have proven to be a door opener and deal closer. We are very much
looking forward to years of continued success."
Another Nectar partner, New Jersey-based Strategic Products and Services
(SPS), is an Avaya National Platinum Business Partner that maintains
offices in more than 25 cities throughout North America. SPS is a founding
partner of the global Intelligent Communications Alliance and has been
ranked on the VAR 500, a listing of the largest information technology (IT)
solution providers, integrators and service companies in North America.
"SPS quickly recognized the value and was one of the first Business
Partners to leverage the Nectar offering in our TotalCare portfolio," said
Vel Johnson, SPS Vice President Services and Operations. "We congratulate
Nectar on their two year milestone and appreciate the support we have
received through our partnership. The SPS iCON platform, powered by
Nectar, is a powerful addition to our managed service offers and provides
clients valuable tools and analytical information to best manage their
converged infrastructure."
