Employee representative resigns from the Board of Directors
Effective today, Hanne Jespersen Hansen, employee representative of Netop
Solutions A/S, has resigned from the Board of Directors of Netop Solutions A/S
in connection with her severance from the Company.
Hanne Jespersen Hansen's alternate, Charlotte Brøbeck, is in discontinuing
employment and does not wish to fill Hanne Jespersen Hansen's seat on the
Board of Directors during the short period until the date of her severance.
Therefore, a new employee representative and a new alternate will be elected to
the Board of Directors pursuant to current legislation.
