"Revenues decreased $4.7 million, from $7.4 million in the second quarter of fiscal 2009 to $2.7 million in the second quarter of fiscal 2010, and decreased $5.4 million, from $11.1 million in the first half of fiscal 2009 to $5.7 million in the first half of fiscal 2010. The decrease in revenue for the second quarter and first half of fiscal 2010 is primarily related to delays on the behalf of Fisker Automotive in connection with the Fisker Karma development program versus the prior year periods.
"QTWW in early February announced that it was selected by the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) to produce an advanced electric postal delivery vehicle based on the widely used Long Life Vehicle (LLV) platform. QTWW was competitively selected, along with four other companies, for participation in a one-year demonstration and validation program to be conducted by the USPS in Washington D.C. A successful demonstration in the nation's capital could pave the way to broad adoption of battery electric vehicles in the USPS fleet."
