In this newly created position, Arbogast will develop and build Mondo's sales in the healthcare market, which is one of the fastest-growing market segments in the flooring industry. In addition, he will represent the company's commercial flooring products to businesses, architects, designers and contractors in the Northeast.

Arbogast reports to Mondo's director of sales and joins Mondo with more than 20 years of experience in floor covering sales and management, as well as sales experience to consumer end-users. Previously, he was the vice president of sales for Bentley Prince Street, one of the top U.S. carpet manufacturers. Prior to that, Arbogast was a business development and strategic accounts manager for Mannington Commercial Carpet and Resilient.
The Connecticut resident is an active member of the New York City and Connecticut chapters of the International Facility Managers Association and a former board member of the New York City chapter. Arbogast attended Canisius College in Buffalo, N.Y.
