Opcon puts back publication date for its offer document to 18 March 2010

On 10 February 2010 Opcon AB made a public offer to shareholders of Tricorona to
transfer all of their shares in Tricorona in exchange for newly issued shares in
Opcon. In the preliminary timetable presented in connection with the
announcement of the offer it was stated that an official offer document would be
published on 16 March 2010. The new estimated date for publication is 18 March
2010. The preliminary timetable otherwise remains unchanged as follows:
