IDWT, a Florida dog adoption service, is launching a permanent low-cost spay and neuter animal clinic that will also include pet adoption, training, vaccinations and a host of other dog health and welfare services. Located in Wellington, FL, the team is taking over Folke Peterson Wildlife Center on Southern Boulevard and US 441 as of March 15, 2010. The facility is situated on 28 acres with a 10,000 SF animal hospital.
After years of working in the adoption and rescue field, In Dog We Trust founder Nicole Brown, is excited to share this greatly needed resource with the community of South Florida. Progressing in the initiative to offer an easy access, cost effective spay/neuter facility and to follow in line with the mission of no more homeless pets, IDWT dog adoption and rescue center is taking local needs to the next level.
The organization is actively seeking out personnel with experience in the following fields: Veterinarian technicians, volunteer coordinator, office manager, marketing & development, and grant writing; many positions are paid and volunteer.
