With Exalt already achieving strong sales growth in the United States, Constantine will immediately focus on building the company's markets in the Asia-Pacific region as well as other international markets.

Perry Constantine has over 30 years of experience as a successful entrepreneur in a variety of high tech Silicon Valley based companies. Prior to joining Exalt he held president and CEO positions at Optichron, IP Infusion, and Silicon Access Networks (which he also founded), and Redwood Microsystems. His other experience includes senior sales management positions with LSI Logic, Eaton Corporation, and Fairchild Semiconductor.
