Moody´s changes HFF´s credit rating outlook to negative from stable

Moody´s credit rating agency announced today, on April 6th 2010, that it
would change the Housing Financing Fund´s (HFF´s) credit rating outlook  from
stable to negative following of a lowered outlook  rating  on the Republic of
Iceland, from stable to negative as well.
