Annual General Meeting HL Display AB (publ) 2010

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of HL Display AB (publ) was held on April
22, 2010.
The 2009 annual accounts were adopted by the general meeting.

Dividend

The AGM resolved that a dividend is to be paid in the amount of SEK 1.38 (1.38)
per share with April 27, 2010 as record date. Payment will be done through
Euroclear Sweden AB and is planned to be executed April 30, 2010. The share is
traded without any entitlement to dividend as of April 23, 2010.

 Discharge from liability

The AGM resolved the Board Members and the Managing Director a discharge from
liability for the fiscal year 2009.

Board members

The current board members Gérard Dubuy, Susanna Campbell, Stig Karlsson,
Mats-Olof Ljungkvist, Åke Modig, Anna Ragén, Anders Remius and Lars-Åke Rydh
were re-elected.  Anders Remius was re-elected as Chairman of the Board. The
board members are presented at the company's website, www.hl-display.com.

Gérard Dubuy, Managing Director, is not independent in relation to the company.
Anders Remius, Stig Karlsson and Susanna Campbell are not independent in
relation to the company's owners.

 Board fees

It was resolved by AGM that the fee to the board shall be kept unchanged, SEK
250,000 to the chairman of the board and SEK 150,000 to each one of the other
members of the board that is not employed by the company. For committee work an
extra fee was decided to SEK 30,000 for the chairman and SEK 15,000 to each
committee member, excluding the chairman of the board. Auditors' fees are to be
paid in accordance with agreement and invoices.

Guidelines for remuneration to senior management positions and guidelines to
appointment of a remuneration committee

The AGM decided unanimously to adopt the Board's proposal on Guidelines for
remuneration to senior management positions and for the election of the
remuneration committee. The proposal in its entirety is published on HL
