It has been reported in the Russian and Danish media that FLSmidth has signed a
preliminary contract for the supply of a new cement plant in Russia during the
Russian President's state visit to Denmark.
FLSmidth is pleased to confirm that this information is correct.
A number of technical, legal and commercial aspects still remain to be
negotiated, and once finalised and the contract has become binding, FLSmidth
will immediately inform the market hereof.
FLSmidth is continuously negotiating many potential sales contracts on the
global market. To become binding, such contracts require not only signing but
also exchange of down payment and guarantees, etc.
