(Pink Sheets:HPNN) (www.hop-on.com) announced today that it has finalized a Distribution Agreement with Re-Medical (www.re-medical.com) for the distribution of Re-Medical's over-the-counter transdermal patch remedies. Jay Pignatello, President of Hop-on, stated, "The Board recently agreed with our plan to establish independent and distinct revenue streams within Hop-on. Our first revenue stream is our distribution agreement with USAcig. The distribution agreement covers the United States, Canada, Mexico and many of the European Union member countries. The agreement allows for Hop-on to create sub-distributorships within these jurisdictions, and allows Hop-on to sell directly to all big box retailers in these jurisdictions.
