Colonia Real Estate AG: Release in according to article 26, section 1 WpHG
(Securities Trading Act)

On April 28, 2010, FMR LLC, Boston, Massachusetts, USA, has informed us
according to article 21, section 1 WpHG that via shares its voting rights
on Colonia Real Estate AG (ISIN: DE0006338007; WKN:633800), Cologne,
Germany, have exceeded the 3% limit of the voting rights on April 27, 2010
and amounts 3.39%. This corresponds to 964,842 voting rights.

The voting rights are entirely attributable to FMR LLC pursuant article 22
(1) sentence 1 no 6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG. All of the
attributed voting rights are attributed by the controlled entity Fidelity
Management & Research Company, the attributed voting rights of which
amounted 3.39%

On April 28, 2010, Fidelity Management & Research Company, Boston,
Massachusetts, USA, has informed us according to article 21, section 1 WpHG
that via shares its voting rights on Colonia Real Estate AG (ISIN:
DE0006338007; WKN: 633800), Cologne, Germany, have exceeded the 3% limit of
the voting rights on April 27, 2010 and  amounted 3.39%. This corresponds
to 964,842 voting rights.
