In a recently released consumer survey conducted by Beagle Research Group, TimeTrade discovered that consumers typically tolerate a maximum of 10 to 20 minutes when waiting for services -- depending on the service offered. However, more than 80 percent of those surveyed said they would willingly create and use an online account, making subsequent appointment scheduling easier.
