New CFO of Indutrade

Kennet Göransson has been appointed as the new CFO of Indutrade AB. He will take
up the position on 1 October 2010, succeeding Olle Olofsson who will retire at
the end of the year.

Kennet Göransson has held the position of CFO at Bergman & Beving AB and Vice
President at Bergman & Beving Tools. He comes from the technology trading group
Addtech where he has held the position of CFO and Vice President.
