Website visitors search descriptive floorplans by number of bedrooms, square footage, building floor, price, or specials. The daily updated database offers virtual real time results for apartment availability.
Taking the search further, visitors can add and rearrange furniture on the floorplans. Using this feature, visitors determine which floor plan meets their specific needs. The interactive search for luxury apartments in Houston also includes up-to-date specials.
Through the easy-to-navigate website, visitors view photos and video and read about amenities of luxury apartment rentals. An interactive Google map is used to locate the apartments in Houston's Greenway Plaza area, plus nearby businesses, restaurants, entertainment and more. After selecting an apartment, renters can lease online and pick up keys during move-in.
"We wanted to make finding and leasing an apartment as convenient as possible for anyone outside the Houston area," said John Caltagirone, a principal with The Dinerstein Companies, who developed and manages The Millennium. "Through our website visitors get a feel for The Millennium Greenway without being here."
The innovative concept is currently being implemented for all Millennium properties. It was designed and developed by Houston SEO company, Forthea.
