The decision by Viper Networks to employ Haytham Shalakhti at this time, should serve as a key indicator to Company shareholders that several previously announced development plans within the IT and telecommunications corporate divisions or subsidiaries have recently or will become fully operational imminently.
This important appointment is directly related to the broad expansion of Viper Networks' telecommunications services across multiple geographical regions worldwide and specifically with the Company's telecom services roll-out with BSNL (www.bsnl.co.in), which Viper Networks holds exclusive rights to offer a full spectrum of national and international telecom services, beginning with VoIP, Calling Cards and Pinless Accounts.
As a business development expert and former Sales & Business Development Director with Advanced Telecom Company (ATC), part of the Sara Telecom Group, Mr. Shalakhti established key relationships and distribution agreements on behalf of ATC (one of the first Middle Eastern telecom companies offering calling cards), and with operators such as ITC (Data & Fixed service provider), Atheeb (Fixed service provider), Mobily (GMS, Data service provider) and ISP providers, including; Awalnet and Atheer.
Further, Haytham Shalakhti has been a vital conduit for myriad international companies by establishing reseller, partner and distribution agreements with local companies throughout Saudi Arabia and has successfully opened new market channels, developed new products, and managed sales and technical teams.
After receiving a B.S. degree in Applied Engineering in Computer & Control Engineering from Yarmouk University in 1994 and more than a dozen certifications from Microsoft to Cisco to CompTIA to CIW as System Engineer, Systems administrator, Maintenance & Troubleshooting Network and Internet Web Mastering, Mr. Shalakhti is a highly seasoned veteran who brings over fifteen years of accomplishments in the IT and telecommunications industry, sales & marketing, and new business development.
